Every Halving Makes DOM Harder to Mine.
The 550,000,000 DOM Mining Allocation is split into six equal eras. Each Halving must be fully mined out before the network moves on to the next — there's no daily cap and no fixed date, only a fixed supply for each era.

There is no Halving 7. Once Halving 6's allocation is fully mined out, the entire 550,000,000 DOM Mining Allocation will be completely distributed.

Base Mining Power sets your share of the current Halving's fixed allocation — it is not a guaranteed DOM/hour rate. There is no Pickaxe Equipment Multiplier. See how mining rewards work.
Your level is locked when you start mining and re-checked at each claim — if your balance drops, your level drops from the next claim. Mining pauses when your warehouse is full or after 8 hours, whichever comes first.
