What is Global Emission?
Global Emission is the system that turns a Halving's fixed allocation into rewards: Halving Emission Rate → Epoch Budget → Total Mining Weight → Your Mining Weight → Your Reward. It guarantees the network can never distribute more than the current Halving's allocation, no matter how many miners join.
What are the Six Halvings?
The 550,000,000 DOM Mining Allocation is split into six equal eras (91,666,667 DOM each, 91,666,665 DOM for Halving 6). Each era also has a relative emission rate that halves from the previous era, pacing how quickly that era's allocation is released.
How does a Halving happen?
The next Halving begins only once the current era's fixed allocation is completely mined out — there is no fixed date, timer, or daily cap.
