This replaces the retired Holding Wallet / Pool Wallet / 70:30 split entirely. There is one balance flow, and 100% of every claim becomes spendable and withdrawal-eligible.

Internal accounting states: miningStorage → availableBalance → pendingWithdrawal → withdrawnBalance. Withdrawal validation always happens server-side with atomic database transactions and idempotency keys — the frontend only displays state, it never owns it. One reward can never be claimed or withdrawn twice.
Mining Storage
Your miner stores earned DOM here until you claim it. DOM accumulates inside Mining Storage; it is never an external crypto wallet, and it is never silently deleted.
