Withdrawals are processed automatically in order, usually within minutes — there is no manual approval queue. BNB Smart Chain itself still needs real confirmations: status only reaches Confirmed after the network confirms the transaction, never immediately after sending it.
Withdrawal validation is always server-authoritative — the frontend never decides the final withdrawable amount. Balances move through availableBalance → pendingWithdrawal → withdrawnBalance with atomic database transactions, so one reward can never be withdrawn twice.
